GameFace is a platform operated by FINAL5 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, that allows users to generate AI-powered personalized sports trading cards using photos of their own likeness. These Terms govern your use of the GameFace website and all associated services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameFace. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at cindy@driftyk.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

By uploading photos to GameFace, you represent and warrant that:
You grant FINAL5 LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating your cards and delivering the service. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not use your photos or generated cards for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes without your explicit written consent.
Your photos and generated cards may be shared with third-party print fulfillment partners solely when you have purchased a physical card order. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

GameFace and its original content, features, and technology are owned by FINAL5 LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Cards and images generated using your photos are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your generated cards on social media and print them for personal use. Commercial resale of generated cards without our written consent is prohibited.
All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Digital products (AI-generated images and card packs)

Physical products (printed card boosters)
We offer replacements or refunds for printed orders only in cases of:
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photo evidence of both the damaged product and its packaging. Refunds are subject to our review and confirmation of the reported damage. Where a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original condition before a refund or replacement is issued. Return shipping eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for dissatisfaction with the visual appearance of cards based on user-uploaded photos or AI generation outcomes.
GameFace may offer a referral program granting free generation credits when referred users sign up and meet eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
GameFace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINAL5 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FINAL5 LLC and its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of GameFace after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
