2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use GameFace:

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In.
• Photos you upload: Face photos (front and profile) that you submit to generate your sports card. These are stored on our servers.
• AI-generated images: The scenes and cards produced from your photos.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the app.
• Payment information: Processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card number or banking details.
• Referral data: If you use or share a referral code, we record this to apply the associated reward.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your AI sports cards and deliver your orders
• Manage your account and authenticate your identity via Google
• Process payments and handle refund requests
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our AI models and templates — we do not use your uploaded photos to train our AI models
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery updates)
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve the product

4. Photo Storage & Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored on our secure servers. We retain them for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us at cindy@driftyk.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your photos are never used to train our AI models.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Keep you logged in across sessions
• Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns (including social media and referral channels)
• Understand which features are used most

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the site. We do not use tracking cookies to serve you third-party advertisements.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services (payment processor, cloud hosting, email delivery) that process data solely on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
• Print fulfillment: If you order physical cards, your shipping address is shared with our print partner to fulfill the order.

10. International Users

GameFace is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using GameFace, you consent to this transfer.

Digital products are available to users worldwide. Physical card boosters can currently only be purchased and shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada; if you provide a shipping address outside these countries, we will be unable to fulfill a physical order.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of GameFace after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
